Peanut Butter Crickerdoodles

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter, chilled (colder butter makes fluffier cookies!)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. cream of tartar
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup Aketta Cricket Flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Sugar Coating:

  • 2 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:

Heat oven to 400F.

Mix butter, sugar, peanut butter and eggs thoroughly. Stir in cream of tartar, flour, cricket flour, baking soda and salt and mix until fully combined. Form into small round balls with a spoon.Roll in mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Bake on ungreased baking sheet for 8 to 10 minutes.
