Cricket Rose Sour


  • 1.5 oz. rye whiskey
  • .75 oz. rose hip simple syrup (easy to make yourself, just use rose hip tea instead of water when making simple syrup)
  • .5 oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 2 dashes Critter Bitters
  • Dried rose hips or Crispy Aketta Whole Crickets for garnish


Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with toasted crickets and/or dried rose hips
