Cricket Ginger Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup long long grain white rice
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3 tablespoons minced ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 2 cups Crispy Aketta Whole Crickets

Directions: 

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a saucepan. Add rice and cook 1-3 minutes, stirring constantly. Add water, salt, ginger and crickets, cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook covered for 14-15 minutes. When rice is tender turn off heat and let stand another 15 minutes
